from the climate blog Open Mind

Disinter
the
Pennsylvanian
and
the sky
will become a caul.

W.C. Fields, a Pennsylvanian,
liked to
warm himself, his back pressed
against sun-warmed brick.
Famously
his tombstone reads I’d
rather be in Philadelphia.

The premise was to write something
whose syllables matched those of pi.
The first line with 3. The second with 1. The third with 4. etc.
The subject matter: global warming.
